Trulit Pricing, Plans for Every QA Team

Trulit is designed to scale with your QA practice, from a 3-person team starting their first structured test management process to a 50-person engineering organization running continuous automated testing across multiple products. Pricing is built on two components: per-seat team management (for the core test case management, defect tracking, and reporting platform) and AI tokens (for AI test case generation, which scales with how heavily your team uses the AI features). This model means teams that use AI heavily pay for that usage. Teams that primarily use manual test management pay for seats only. There is no forcing function to upgrade to an enterprise plan just to access the core platform.

Which Plan is Right for Your Team?

01

Small QA Teams (2 - 5 engineers)

Start with the Starter plan. Consider upgrading to Growth if your team generates more than 200 AI test cases per month.

02

Mid-Market Teams (6 - 20 engineers)

The Growth plan comfortably covers most teams at this scale. Multi-product teams with heavy AI usage may benefit from Enterprise pricing.

03

Enterprise QA Organizations (20+ engineers, multiple products)

Contact the Trulit team for a custom Enterprise proposal. Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding, SLA support, SSO, and custom reporting.

Who is Trulit For?

Small QA Teams (2 - 5 engineers)

Teams starting their first structured test management process or needing basic AI generation.

Mid-Market Teams (6 - 20 engineers)

Teams requiring robust test management and regular AI generation across multiple QA engineers.

Enterprise QA Organizations (20+ engineers, multiple products)

Large organizations needing custom solutions, dedicated support, and unlimited AI generation.

Flexible Pricing Model

Pricing is built on two components: per-seat team management (for the core test case management, defect tracking, and reporting platform) and AI tokens (for AI test case generation, which scales with how heavily your team uses the AI features). This model means teams that use AI heavily pay for that usage. Teams that primarily use manual test management pay for seats only. There is no forcing function to upgrade to an enterprise plan just to access the core platform. AI tokens are consumed when Trulit generates test cases from your requirement descriptions. Each test case generation uses a fixed number of tokens. Tokens are renewed monthly on your plan cycle. Additional tokens can be purchased if your team's generation volume exceeds your plan allocation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Trulit offer a free trial?

Yes. Trulit offers a free trial that allows your team to create test cases, run test executions, and import automated results without a credit card. The trial includes a limited AI token allocation so you can evaluate AI test case generation with real requirements from your product. Visit trulit.com to start a free trial.

Is there a per-seat minimum for Trulit?

Trulit's Starter plan has no minimum seat requirement; solo QA engineers and two-person teams can use Trulit at the same per-seat price as larger teams. Growth and Enterprise plans are typically purchased in seat bundles. Contact the Trulit team for specific team size pricing.

Can I change plans after starting?

Yes. Trulit's plans are month-to-month unless you select an annual commitment (which includes a discount). You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan at any time. Your test cases, defects, and execution history are preserved regardless of plan changes.
