What happens when I exceed my user limit?
Free plan is limited to 3 users, Startup to 25, and Business to 250. Enterprise plans have unlimited users. If you need more users, you can upgrade to the next tier.
Are platform credits per user or shared?
Credits are shared across your organization. Every plan includes a monthly pool (e.g. 500/mo on Startup) that all team members draw from. Need more? You can top up anytime.
